Your learning deserves to be seen.Make it part of your LinkedIn profile.
Every training programme represents time, effort and a decision to keep moving forward. Turn that journey into visible achievements, with their own identity and a link people can check.
Go beyond saying it: show your journey.
A professional profile becomes clearer when it connects what you know with the training you have completed. Badges help present that journey in a visual, organized way, from a first course to a new specialty.
Adding them to LinkedIn gives your achievements a lasting place in Licenses & certifications. Their verification links let visitors review the achievement, date and related institution. It adds context and credibility to your professional presentation beyond a list of courses.
You do not need to retype every detail. Add to LinkedIn profile prepares the form so you can review the information and save it to your account.
Add your badge in six steps.
Open your EPMEX dashboard
Sign in to your accredited profile and open My learning journey. In My badges, you will find the achievements earned through your recorded training. If you have not claimed your profile yet, start from the credential portal and complete the account validation.
Choose the achievement you want to show
Select a badge you have earned. If needed, use Activate my badges to generate your digital credentials. View credential lets you review the achievement, training institution, date and verification status.
Enable its public link
Use Activate sharing link for that badge and review the authorization. The verification page shows your name and achievement; your CURP, contact information and original training documents remain private. You choose which achievements have a public link.
Click Add to LinkedIn profile
The button opens LinkedIn’s Licenses & certifications form directly, with the badge name, organization, issue date, credential ID and verification URL prepared for review. General milestones use EPMEX. Specific courses, workshops and diplomas use their training issuer; alumni badges use their institution.
Review and save on LinkedIn
Sign in to LinkedIn if asked. Check the name, issuing organization and dates. The organization logo comes from its LinkedIn Page. If LinkedIn offers associated skills, choose only those relevant to your training. Then click Save. EPMEX prepares the form; you confirm the entry.
Check your professional profile
Open Licenses & certifications and find your achievement. Show credential should open its EPMEX verification page. You now give visitors a direct way to review the training achievement behind your profile.
Share your badge in six steps.
Open My badges in EPMEX
Sign in to your accredited profile, open My learning journey and find My badges. Choose the achievement you want to share with your professional network.
Make its sharing link available
If the badge is private, review and save the global badge authorization, then click Show badge · Activate link for that achievement. You choose which badges to make visible; this does not publish a LinkedIn post.
Click Share on LinkedIn
Use the blue Share on LinkedIn button on your chosen badge. EPMEX opens a message editor with suggested text about your achievement.
Make the message your own
Review the suggested text and adapt it to your experience. You can explain what you learned, why the training matters to your work or what this milestone represents in your professional development.
Copy the message and open LinkedIn
Click Copy message and open LinkedIn. EPMEX copies your text and opens the LinkedIn composer with the verification link. Paste the message into the post using Ctrl+V, or press and hold the text field on your phone and choose Paste.
Review the preview and publish
Check your message, the badge preview and its verification link. Choose who can see the post and click Post when ready. Your network can open the link to review the achievement. Adding the badge to Licenses & certifications remains a separate action.
One achievement. Two ways to make it visible.
The two LinkedIn buttons serve different purposes. Use either or both depending on what you want to communicate.
Add to profile
Saves the credential in Licenses & certifications. It becomes part of your professional presentation for profile visitors. It does not automatically create a post.
Opens a post for your network with the link and its preview. In EPMEX, edit the suggested message, copy it and open LinkedIn; paste it, choose the audience and publish when ready.
You can also share an active annual streak from your dashboard: a way to show the consistency behind your learning.
What to keep in mind.
Why does LinkedIn show the issuer logo instead of the badge?
Licenses & certifications uses the logo of the linked issuing organization. The badge artwork is available through Show credential and can appear in the link preview when you share a post.
Do badges automatically become skills?
They are added as licenses or certifications. If LinkedIn offers associated skills in the form, choose those that apply. That choice is separate from saving the credential.
What about a credential I added earlier?
Edit it in LinkedIn and review its issuing organization and URL. If the credential already exists, update that entry to avoid duplicates. Changes to the EPMEX button do not automatically rewrite earlier entries.
What does a verifiable credential mean?
Its page lets visitors review the achievement and digital signature status. The badge recognizes recorded training under a defined criterion and complements how you present your knowledge and experience.
Your next profile update has a foundation.
Open EPMEX, choose an earned achievement and give it a place in your professional profile. Your learning tells a story. Let people see it.
